Before You Travel to Sitka
If you have any questions regarding your TRAVEL, please contact Cyndi’s Cruise and Travel at 1-888-595-7573 or 1-907-364-3435.

Let them know that the travel is for ANSWER Camp. Remember to check your flights personally prior to travel. You want to double check and make sure that what you have in writing from Cyndi’s Travel has really been arranged and no adjustments have been made.

During Camp
Your child will be well cared for while at camp. We will encourage your child to call home and check in with you when they arrive, so make sure they have calling card numbers and/or other means to contact you. Students will have access to email. Otherwise, please remember that your child will be attending a ‘camp’ and will not often be close to a phone.

Travel Alert
Because of all the turmoil happening around the world, airlines are often operating on a ‘high alert’ status. While traveling to ANSWER Camp, be very cautious so that you avoid complications to and from Camp. Do NOT travel with knives or scissors. Checked baggage screening will damage or destroy undeveloped film, so put film in your carry on or wait to buy it in Sitka.
