Tomorrow will be too busy, so better say good-bye now, but there isn't really a good-bye if you continue to live and go to school in Alaska sooner or later you'll run into someone else with an ANSWER Camp vest. I apologize now if I don't remember your name, and you don't have to remember mine.
Don't forget your challenges and triumphs here, they are all part of camp and all part of life. Remember the support you were given and gave, we should all be so lucky to live a live where we are surrounded by as many caring and giving people as we are now, at camp.
Things are really picking up now, your cultural project is done, experiments are underway, things are going fast. Don't forget to take time to really enjoy the people you've been around for the past 8 days. Start exchanging e-mails, make sure you take lots of fun pictures. You'll be glad you did later this year when you're back home.
Time to pump some money into the Sitka economy, so that means spend all your money here and buy lots of things. There are stores for clothes, music, toys, souviners, all sorts of stuff.
You know what else is downtown, a little piece of heaven called Little Tokyo, they have really good sushi. Go do your own salmon tasting and get the Alaska Roll.
You can also get ice cream at Harry Race, down at the end of the strip by the big totem pole.
Have fun,
Halfway through, better enjoy it while it lasts. Good field trip today, except the artisan well water was flowing at about .5 gallons per minute. Only one casualty, Karen, but she didn't get hurt for long.
McDonalds was good on the way back, I'm sensing some animosity toward us for going to Mickey D's, my answer to that is, if you want to go, then go. Don't hate the holder of the cone, get your own...
If we all sing the ANSWER Camp rap and dance around while we do it, it will be more sunny. So make sure to do the ANSWER Camp sun dance each day.
I know this works, especially if you forward this message to 25 of your friends.
pottyl- peace out, talk to you later,
Robin
Another nice day, yee haw. One more day of this and I will know for sure that our trip to Harbor Mt. was meant to be.
I'm not very good at writing online, it seems that there are a lot of abbreviations and new ways to spell words that I don't know about. Like missing the day at school when they handed out the instructions for being cool. Anyway, I've decided to make up some of my own;
hhaytfd: Hello, how are you this fine day?
iobmnials: I'm okay, but my neck is a little sore.
Today is the big day, and it's sunny! Gary and I are ready to roll, bring on the campers!
On another note, Harry Potter 7 came out last night, I thought about going to the book store at midnight to pick up the book, but sleep got the better of me. Just looking online they already have book reviews up, I read a little too much of one and it gave a little too much away.
